Bring one scope to every bidder

Use this list to collect the documents that make service offers comparable. A checked item means that you have a written answer, not that the building has passed a technical inspection. Add equipment-specific requirements from the manufacturer and your qualified service team before issuing the request.

An illustrative comparison: one bidder includes filters and another bills them separately. Checking the consumables item is useful only when you have recorded the filter count, specification, frequency and who pays. The same applies to roof access and after-hours attendance. A low annual fee may exclude tasks you still need to buy.

Progress is stored only in this browser when local storage is available. Use Reset to clear it; this tool does not send a bid or book a contractor. It is not a safety inspection, a compliance certificate or legal advice. Copy the settled answers into your bid documents and retain the signed scope. For a hazardous condition, stop the procurement exercise and follow your facility’s emergency procedure.
